APPLEBEES LOW FAT BLACKENED CHICKEN SALAD

DRESSING:
1/4 C fat free mayonnaise		1/4  (1/8) C Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1/4 C honey		1 T Frenchs mustard	1 T white vinegar	1/8 t paprika

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.

CHICKEN:  2 boneless chicken breast halfs
1 C water	3 T lime juice	2 T soy sauce	1/2 T Worcestershire

Combine all ingredients, add chicken and marinate overnight.

1/2 T salt	1 1/2 t sugar		1 t paprika		1 t onion powder
1 (1/2) t black pepper		1/2 t garlic powder		1/2 (1/4) t cayenne pepper
1/2 (1/4) t white pepper		2 T lite margarine
		
Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Sprinkle spice blend over chicken and coat well.  Melt butter in frying pan, add chicken and sear over high heat.  Turn over and sear other side (about 2-3 minutes each side).  Remove chicken to hot grill and grill on each side 2-3 minutes or until well done.

SALAD;
chopped iceburg lettuce		shredded red cabbage	shredded carrot
shredded mozearella cheese	shredded cheddar cheese  diced tomato
hardboiled egg white, diced	diced cucuumber		sliced cooked chicken
dressing

Combine all ingredients except chicken and dressing.  spread chicken over top and serve with dressing on the side.  Serves 2 as an entree.

NOTE;  some ingredients have 2 amounts given.  I prefer the smaller amounts.
